Big business would be putting their foot down hence why EGR wont be moving forward in a hurry. Pretty sure any minister has better things to do than to talk to some penny dreadful lifestyle company with absolutely no track record of achieving or starting anything other than travelling the world and attending seminars with their buddies, my bet is they wouldn't even give it a passing thought let alone spend time on it.
