You may wish to ask Management directly about the anticipated progress of the patents...from what I have been told the process is not expected to finalize in the next 12 months or more. It was one of the questions that I discussed with Management post the AGM. Not doubting that they will put in a full rebuttal just that they themselves indicated it is likely to continue on for some time before finalizing.
The company rep discussed the patent status with me, but EGR, as is well discussed here, doesn't see fit to provide the whole market with updates with anticipated timeframes...so please check for yourself.
