They have 3 months to come up with it.
Similar to when RNU objected to EGR's trademark application, There is a notice period. where people can object, they they have months to state the reasons why. then EGR gets its chances to respond.
I find it very strange the company validated another ASX listed company's HF Free purification process, is the company that is objecting to EGR's patent application.
