Anyone read the response documents submitted on the IP Australia website? My take on this so called expert from Wuhan (not sure i trust anyone from that region after recent events) reckons the purification processes all seem like "typical processes" ie not requiring a patent so i guess my first logical thought is why dispute them and go to so much trouble to provide so much evidence (at the last minute mind you) to basically say there's nothing new here in the purification process? If the basis of your argument is there's nothing unique or innovative here, what do you care?
Or just an elaborate delaying technique to try catch up... hmmm!
