Will be brief as a lot to do in little time, ist youve called it as we have all discussed and prob represents the same thoughts as a lot of us, agree difficult not to get to excited until independent testing as you say. I think the last paragraph nailed it imo , as they would not release such annc via ASX. and cant see them demonstrating the product in mainline China if its defective in any manner. The Chinese are very astute when it comes to issues such as what we have , also NXR/WTB Must be very careful as many times the Chinese have paid no attention to copyright.
So it would be prudent that WTB also has protection against possible reverse engineering , but Im sure thats been considered.

Anyway moving forward if either company had in mind of a future sale one would think that to gain max value many deals and licence agreements need to be done to establish on going cash flow, if granting a licence I would aim for an upfront payment plus royalty with a higher upfront payment if a company wanted any sort of exclusive period, which I would suggest be limited to a 1 year deal subject to said company meeting certain number of units sold.

Or they may well decide to licence it out to say the top 3 , if including Phones Ipads tablets etc the royalty payments could be huge , so interesting times ahead, very hard to see this falling over. huge upside. The final Independent validation should see a 3-5 x re rate , then as deals are annc it becomes a northward moving share price, Agree there will be many who will take profits along the way , but thats not so bad as it could also be a very good trading stock with little downside as it continues its upward climb.
