JP MORGAN lawyers have countered with this letter yesterday.
I understand that we are up against a Goliath but I just hope the judge in Delaware has the courage to make the right call and not be afraid of upsetting the Giant that is JP MORGAN.

Seems to be a lot of smoke around JP MORGAN infringing our patent particularly with the latest ruling by the Patent Office. Let us hope justice prevails and they are forced to acknowledge using any aspects of our company's intellectual property.

Market seems to think JP MORGAN will weasel their way out of it. Hopefully the market is asleep and the little guy can get a small victory for once.
