Not sure why this announcement is labelled as an update, this is the first time it has been announced to the market. I'm not sure why it took so long as the lawsuit was filed on the 15th October from what I can tell. Anyway I'm out, sold half when I first became aware of it, and the rest today for a break even result after a 16 month hold. GLTAH.
