Certainly annoying they are appealing but suggest anyone that is interested read the court case. Sentiment will weigh on the stock now, along with increased "shorting" until the appeal is dismissed. Stock will be looking for a bottom over the coming weeks. Very surprised AI Visualize are appealing given the judges comments. Might be just be par for the course in the US to appeal with the appellant trying to do a deal with M7T to withdraw the appeal.
