I am new to the stock (dont own yet), but this is what i see today.

The company has 2 patents pending - they havent secured them yet, but unless another company comes up and say "we have already got that patented" then it will more than likely be granted no problem.

There are two patents in fact.

One deals with underground formations (eg coal beds) where the patent does its job in situ (on the spot, where the coal lays) without needing to pull it out of the ground first. The resuklt is a molecular breakdown, where some molecules are weakened by the use of gas and are hence clustered adn able to be refined/mined instead of being spread over so many parts per million in a diluted fashion.
Oil can be made from this final change in chemical properties of the in-ground substance, after further processes

The second patent is for the same result, but is not a treatment which attacks th procees in situ...it attecks the process from out-of-ground, after it has been extracted...for example, it can be applied to mines oil sands etc, which is big in canada.
