I think the broker's report just made a broad comparison to our neighbours, who have a similar position in the greater scheme of things, ie. Telfer mine life ending, nearby jr miner/explorer looking to develop their deposit through a takeover or standalone development.
The broker's point being, an AZY re-rating is highly probable when nearby regional valuations are taken into consideration.
