That post above, speaks all about the south and northern points where ARV is at. Like this is a slam dunk, and the US side is at 0.5.5 cents. I would never be able to explain how one side of the 2,000 sq.ft. house, (plot of land) is worth more than the other side. Just blows me away. iam sure in the next month, we will be happy.
