More shares issued therefore you get dilution. Market cap stays the same so it lowers the value of each share. They do that a few times then consolidate, say 5 to 1. Your 100,000 turns to 20,000 worth 5 times the previous SP.
So then the price can drop with the next CR, increase in shares and so it goes. Wash, rinse, repeat. Its the Arv way.
