If RIO do find something worth while, it could be cheaper for them to buy out AYR.
AYR's market cap. is under five million dollars.
So RIO might find it more profitable (in their interest), to take out AYR completely than to share.
What would RIO do with the remainder of AYR's assets, Sell if possible, or walk away ?
The share price, at last nights close, is the true value of this dog.
