Why not IGO is paying for the exploration till DFS? If the legal agreement is watertight the work will happen in good faith. IMVHO it's pretty much industry standard. The last one where this worked out for me was CZI (Cassini) admittedly OZL made a lowball offer posts PFs and Pre DFS. However, because it was for OZL script and OZL took off I think a fair result ensued.
It's like this beggars can't be choosers and winners are grinners.
