A Chart f BSM for 18months-

Basically it was known over 18 months ago that BSM was to sell it's tassie mining tenements and change/shell into annother business activity.
note the volumes/accumulation that occurred before sept 2015.
Marked are the days when the Stratmin deal was proposed and then confirmed that BSM was "new businessing" to Graphite. Particularly notice the accumulation and price rise BEFORE this announcement.
Now the move to Graphite generated 2 Placements one at 13 and another at 1 but IMO these placements were made predominately to those .002 + Accumulators ie the inside/sophisticated have a much lower buy in price than between 1/13.

Anyway see also how long it's been that others have been accumulating since BSM announced going Graphite and how this has been in a 9/13 range. I can say personally that these months of "delay" in finalising were not anticipated.
So all in all it should not be seen as "sinister" dodgy todays candle not closing on it's high of 17/18. Rather than a Dump one should see todays exceptional volume as clearing out the "shell" players and perhaps the Graphite Traders coming in. For Gawds Sake there's plenty of holders for years that are in at .002/.005 MAX presented today with a 15/18 sell opportunity at the very least to Free Carry. Buyers this year 10/13 got a  40/80 % Trade so a bit rich calling today's selling a dump.
