I agree, IMO when the deal is finalized there will be soon afterward a sharp reevaluation of BASS market cap to get it in-line with other ASX graphite plays, i.e 40M$+ (which means in the short term, at least a 5 bagger from currrent levels, depending on the level of dilution to finance the deal and the required capital investment of 1.5M$ to get graphmaada up to 6000tpa from current 3000tpa levelss). Until now this is still under the radar play, and accumulation is the name of the game.

I am curious though at which price they will do the private placement.
