So given and very rightly so - the catastrophic outcomes from failures in talings dam walls with Samarco and in Chille new revised world best practises are going to be adopted and implemented when as stated - consultations finish and results known by the end of 2019.

GGG in working with - as clearly stated in ann - in working with ggov and Danish authorities and regulators will ensure these best practises are to be in place with the possibility of dry storage of tailings technology that may be an option.

No responsible govt or company would allow anything other. The past results are disturbing and devastating.

So GGG need to deliver this standard which no one knows exactly until end of 2019 when outcomes are released or adopt dry tailings storage - very reasonable request from ggov. I don't know how far off the mark ggg are with current tailings dam walls but as the company stated they will inform/update in coming months.
They seem confident in stating a few months.

Then let the public consultations commence on the path to the ML.

The remaining stage 2 couple of issues appear much simpler to resolve but the fore mentioned issues are the key ones to address.

So lets see the outcome of the new global benchmark tailings dam wall practices and see what the company requires to do to comply and is it possibility to use new tech dry tailings.
