It would be interesting to know if there is a reason behind the company's apparent lack of interest in running the trial in Victoria. Naturally, there would be further regulatory issues to get through- but surely organising trials is hardly that arduous a task for a biotech company?? Of course, we don't know what will happen in NSW in the future, so we might end up getting the 24 patients needed for the trials, but it does look to be rather unlikely at this stage.
