Using your search terms holiday I've noticed that the ce report at westmead usually includes a count of covid-19 cases and more to our purposes the ICU cases at westmead with covid.

Generally just getting to any ce report on the westmead site and then clicking on the covid-19 tag top left gets the option to see other ce reports from other dates (so its a rough means of watching the ICU cases of Covid-19 at westmead (so possible MEND cases) from time to time.
Two ICU cases as at 4 september. Its been down to one end of August.
