Yup cholangio is much smaller as is panc, however US physicians look at patient needs and published data before they look at the indication as do the insurers. Once you get it into the hands of the interventional oncologists and heptopanobiliary surgeons the market starts to lead its development and evolution. Lots unmet needs in this space. the KOLs and data are kingmakers in terms of the market. OSL need to back it up with registrations and reimbursement while remaining compliant to their indication. The team has the right experince for that.
