Please excuse my ignorance as I have never heard of the 3rd Wave before.
Ever since switching out of RVR about a year ago I am keeping an eye on RVR as there was so much blue sky attached to it.
This announcement of Mr Patrick O'Connor being appointed as a non-executive director of RVR would worry me a faire bit and IMO is not the best decision RVR higher management as made to date. I was also a shareholder for many years in FAR where he is still the Chairman, no look at the track record of FAR under is stewardship, from having the biggest oil discovery in the world about 5-6 years ago reaching a market cap of over @300 millions to today $80 millions market cap!
IMO some of these directors, chairman's etc. just look for another position to park themself for few years to extract there salary at the expenses of the hard done shareholders.
