Your question is about Drilling and running a mine during winter in Canada?
Considering this is the first company ever to do any type of mining expiration or operation in Canada, it's going to be a real task for them isn't it ?????? ; ) i'm sure the existing roads and hydropower in the area will also make it hard for them, I wonder why all of that is there? ; ) 
If the power is going to be cheaper and the cost to transport to market less then a mine in a tier two or three jurisdiction or in the middle of Australia, what would that do to the PFS ; )
