The run to $1.80+ here had nothing to do with advertising. Most had no idea about CDI's and the Canadian holders waiting on the sidelines to sell through GS. Idiotic to think locals were prepared to buy at double the market cap compared to the TSX price. When fomo takes over and punters see there's hardly anything on the buy side, they just buy without any hesitation.
It was always going to come back to parity with the Canadian price and I'm more than comfortable buying today and bringing my average down to 77c and PMT now is my 2nd largest holding behind WR1.
