Sure, possible upside and also a lot of downside too, everyone seems to be guaranteeing a 150MT-200MT resource but it's not a guarantee just yet and it could face other problems that only come out during the other phases. Upside sure but to already be valued anywhere near the LTRs and god forbid PLSs is surely ludicrous without even an initial MRE?
