If you read the ANN they recieved guidelines regarding the approval process, and found that they were pretty much what they were expecting. they also said they would provide a more comprehensive update to the market at a later date.
the anouncement is just a small update to the market, good news to hear, but not price sensitive as they didnt complete said key milestone.
