Maybe y9u should do more research rather thsn name call people highlighting risks. Nearby, James Bay Li project (AKE) has been stuck in Environmental Impact Assessment procrss for several years:
started Dec 2017,
submitted Environmental Impact Statement Oct 2018, and
5yrs later and still NO Environmental Approval

After all projects aren't magically developed, and at this rate prognosis for development is a long, lomg time away. Hope for your sake that permitting proves is essier, but this precedence doesn't give any permitting confidence.
