PMT also have a clean slate for offtakes and own the project 100%. They have the opportunity to do offtakes with Tier-1 US, European or SE Asain partners across the supply chain.
This contrasts strongly with WR1 which has to pay between 3%-4% royalty on production to Lithium Royalty Corp and at the time of listing had 9% of it’s shares owned by a Chinese Fibreglass manufacturer - Zhenshi Group (HK) Heshi Composite Materials Co. Limited.
