"...TSX fall was mild at -15%"
I suppose it is "mild" compared to PMT so far (bit early to determine trading patterns), but anywhere else -15% would be called a "bad day".
I think we should let the smoke clear on the IPO rush before making any serious go of valuation.
I'm not short, I want to be long but, you know, at reasonable prices
