The real reason to do the ASX listing IMO warrants and shares released and no buyers in Canada?
They issued a paltry 700,000 shares (7 million CDI's) for the listing at a massive 25%ish discount.
Winter in Canada so without news flow Months of downside whilst the profits from the warrants and released shares are taken off the table?
