What they didn't have last year was Millions of shares and warrants about to hit the market over the Canadian winter when things are slower.
If the ASX listing was designed to be much more than an escape hatch they would have done the previous substantial raise here that would have given a decent size pool of CDI's in OZ and Way reckons that's needed. But they didn't did they.
