They cope just like every other mining company employees cope in those colder climates. To them its normal weather, so us in Australia it might seem cold and crazy but to them its just another day in the office lol.
For a mine that could potentially have a LOM of upwards of 50 years + im sure the Canadian government will be very favourable to PMT, would they rather have 15 mines at 10-15m tonnes ruining there environment or just 1 mine in 1 location....
The US will be looking to secure a serious amount of critical minerals away from China and PMET looks to be the answer to their problems.
They cope just like every other mining company employees cope in...
