How do you expect they refute the MRE claim without releasing the MRE? They were never going to do that with this response. It's not possible, and if it were possible that would in fact be fraudulent.
However, they have made a claim here:
And made a comittment to a "few weeks".
So while I appreciate your concern over a lost opportunity, you will only need to wait a few weeks.
