James Bay region is a highly sort after piece of Real Estate for many wanting to get in.

As a holder of a nice patch of white gold we have 3 decisions.

Sell for a crazy price if it makes us all rich ( x 300%)
Build our mine over time and make us all rich.
Merger with another Co and allow their experience and resources to fast track us to make us all rich.

i don’t think option 1 will happen as 2 and 3 are where the money is.
Unless some Co has some spare coin that will justify their future growth plan.

Me personally like the idea of 3.

Any way not advice, just how I see it. Always do you own research.
