Some simple crude metrics average ev/resource across all projects Aus based is $300/t. Use a discount (be conservative) $200/t * 150mt = $3b or other metric $150m per 10mt resource you get 2.6bn. That’s why it is valued high and u don’t need to wait for mre because given its pretty easy to model from all drill holes. You can argue that it should be a premium not a discount due to its jurisdiction and characteristics anyways I think gets to $3bn val
