there is no issue with the lakes, if it was a creek, stream or estuary, then that's a big problem, but a Lake is not! Ken has mentioned this over and over and over, it forms part of the Canadian mining act and he has provided an example of an open pit diamond mine in the area that will be very similar 2 PMT. On a positive note the hydropower that will be used will be closer to 5 cents per kilowatt hour compared to 20-25 cents per kilowatt hour without it. Will be interesting to see that power saving in that PFS on top of this being an open pit mine, not an underground mine like LTR whom also don't have hydro power available and the crystal sizes at PMT are  being measured in centimetres not millimetres like PLS?
