An Analyst can't change their target price everyday there is an announcement. Mac are big supporters and they were early on it. Analysts are under pressure to get their notes out quickly to their clients, if you read and understand their note, understand their assumptions, you will also understand they know their price target is very conservative anyway and their brokers are telling people to buy. Sometimes things are as simplistic as just a singular number.
