Don’t know what the reference is for the image and text above, but it’s clearly written by a non-geo pontificating about hard-rock geology. Variable spodumene mineralization is extremely common, grades are never consistent across pegmatite (along strike and up or down dip). Highly recommend you see Critical Elements drill results at rose west for extremely similar mineralization to what PMT is finding at CV13. They found a high-grade flat lying pegmatite, with thinner splay pegmatites of lower grade that merge into the high-grade flat lying pegmatite. Heck, go check out greenbushes and WR1 cross sections for more examples on grade variability vertically and along strike.
