If you can see the writing on the wall - you can beat the market before holders realised CHN was an overpriced dud once their Feasiblity Studies came out showing ultra high Capex just like you will get with PMT - a project that is barely NPV positive.
Chalice once worth upwards of nearly $3 billion dollars market cap just like PMT was at one stage with CHN now just a shell of $430mil market cap having lost 90% value once market saw their project economics.
I would say PMT will be on the exact same path imo.
