Share price is all about sentiment regards lothium and nothing to do with fundamentals as PMT won't be a producer for several years , so unless you have a crystal ball 2 to 3 years out, then how can you think lithium prices will be around or lower than today. Most pundits think it will be slightly higher , go figure.
But as savy investors the trend is your friend and dollar cost down on the slide imo.
