Yeah, this makes sense, therefore its a bit troubling that if the big money is not investing, they are looking years ahead, and their not commiting to Canada??
There is a great (stalled) project in Europe that seems to have got the tick of approval recently, INF.... no love there either. China cant continue to dominate the battery apace, but big money not betting against them.
