The takeover of MAT was interesting, they never increased the bid however now they have made the offer they can acquire up to 3% every six months. I think they may have to wait 6 months after the offer close to begin, so will be interesting if they continue to add shares and slowly build a strong voting position. I guess we will have to wait and see, either way I think it's been a solid paper return so far.
