Not the best on yesterdays SP agreed, I guess the deal was negotiated when the SP was higher, ultimately we can look at the numbers on the day of transfer but any deals with exchange of shares can float around a bit either way it wouldn't take much to swing the numbers in our favour.
Also if trying to execute a buy back on market SP would likely push higher, I'll take the consolidation.
