This means that anyone not issued shares in that raising is taking a bath. We therefore have the option to believe that shareholders are deliberately selling at a loss to get out or we have a scam happening where manipulators are dragging the price down because of a lack of positive buying. Nothing the matter with that. The volumes are still very low and the dummies are getting fleeced bit by bit. I do note that the buyer is always there and always patient and always successful. Methinks Barnum was right. By the way Vectorvest says PAB is undervalued.
