re: Ann: Patrys' CEO Presents at Asia Bio... 'Stable disease' does not mean cured. Oncologists use the term for a tumor that is neither growing nor shrinking. It also means that no new tumors have developed, and that the cancer has not metastasised further. For MM patients it is good result, since it is such a refractory disease, but it is NOT a cure.
