No one answered my question about the Morphosys antibody deals. DNA ink and Suzy Jones were the negotiators for the large deals for two of their antibodies. MOR202 targeting CD38 for MM. Here is the link: if you want to read about it.
Suzy Jones is a main reason why I am so bullish on PAB. You don't end up with someone of that calibre on your board without a good reason. And she hasn't been around for the last two and a half years for her good looks and sense of humour. The strategies and negotiations would have started when she joined back in December 2011. 7 months later and there is a capital raise where directors and high net worth individuals get to load up for 2 cents. Ever since there has been relatively abnormal trading. The equity arrangement as voted upon at the last AGM is unusual for a company like PAB but it is not uncommon for DNA ink negotiated deals to involve the Pharma taking a stake in the company they are dealing with.
