That statement is a completely different issue from this CR and, in my mind, confirms that it was initiated by Somers and Partners and not by the company at all.
Just reinforces the "over subscription" that Somers and Partners received from the shareholder CR in January and this one was over subscribed again but at double the price!! Win/win for the company and us shareholders.
The strong interest not only continues but is increasing!!!
