Sure it is now diluted but when doesn't a CR dilute? I think they have done the right thing and gone big on funds at $3.4M to advance this. The market will determine today if the raise is value or not.
As announced 'Dynamics of PAT-DX1 nanoparticle localization in the brain' is due this month. IMO this is already known to be positive, but the new Top 20 will tell all. For me, still buying, but DYOR.
