It didn't say that the company wasn't also exploring dilutive capital inflows, so I don't think it's misleading.
However, "non-dilutive" is a strange word to include in their update given that a week later a dilutive capital inflow has been announced and I doubt many people would have batted an eyelid if the word "non-dilutive" had been omitted from last week's update...
It just causes investors to treat the board's announcements with a little bit of caution in future, which is not good.
