bruce778. The company explicitly stated that they were exploring non dilutive capital. That was an essential statement to not only comply with their disclosure requirements but to allay any fears that some might have about possible dilution from that activity.
What has happened is still my opinion that this CR was NOT of their initiation and was, frankly, too good to refuse.
We must also keep in mind that at the moment the company will continue to need funding until they do make a commercial discovery which will attract the significant ongoing funding that will be required.
Until then, Somers and Partners are number one best friends for all concerns and if they come to the company with such offers the company would be remiss to ignore them.
