Personally, I think this appointment will want rapid change... This is an opportunity for someone to further enhance their reputation as a mover and shaker.. I personally view the business as being distressed..a high profile addition to the board can potentially change these perceptions that are not unique to me.. I see no incentive to let things dawdle along any longer as there is no guarantee the company will financially survive if they do...
If this is going to work, we will see evidence in the short term!!!
